DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNIQUE TO BE APPLIED

A tattoo is permanent, and the passage of time and lifestyle may cause alteration or fading in the area of application. The tattoo technique involves the introduction of pigments into the skin through punctures.

THE SUBSTANCES AND EQUIPMENT used have been authorized for use in invasive treatments and bear the CE mark and the corresponding health registration number.

FINE LINE TATTOOS These do not remain completely black. As the line is very fine, there will not be as much pigment concentration in the channel; it will heal in gray and may require touch-ups.

TOUCH-UPS Each person has a different healing process depending on their skin type. By following the appropriate healing guidelines, it is likely that no touch-up will be needed. However, it should be noted that fine-line tattoos may lose pigment. Tattoos on hands, feet, and neck tend to need corrections more frequently than in other areas.

PRICE FOR TOUCH-UPS Touch-ups are free within the first 6 months, except for tattoos on hands, feet, and neck. The price for these touch-ups is set at 40 euros.

The technician applying the procedure is vaccinated against hepatitis and tetanus, adopts protective measures against blood-borne diseases, adheres to basic protection and disease transmission standards, and holds the qualifications required to perform tattooing techniques.

INHERENT RISKS RELATED TO THE CLIENT AND THEIR PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

I CONFIRM that the aforementioned procedure has been explained to me by the technician in terms that I understand. I have been informed of the typical risks, unwanted effects, risks specific to my condition, as well as the discomfort or, in some cases, pain that I may experience during the normal post-treatment process.

I ACCEPT that risks and complications may occur. The main ones are as follows:

Allergic reactions to the substances used, bruising, swelling, or inflammation.

Specific risks and complications that I assume and accept. While applying the pigment, a sensation of pain may be felt in the treated areas, as well as erythema, redness, or inflammation that will subside, possible scabbing during the healing process, and bruising that will resolve within a short period.

I UNDERSTAND that the purpose of the tattoo treatment is to improve or change my appearance, with the possibility that some imperfections may persist and the result may not be as expected. I have been informed that the aesthetic outcome of the treatment depends on factors such as healing ability, skintype, and reactions to the product. I understand that the result may not be as expected, and I acknowledge that no guarantee of such an outcome has been given.

I HAVE BEEN INFORMED that, should the professional deem it necessary to perform a touch-up, this will be free of charge as long as it does not exceed 6 months, and it will be carried out in the studio. I have been informed in general terms, but it is impossible to know in advance the number of sessions needed due to the varying absorption or reaction of each client's skin.

I AGREE to faithfully follow, to the best of my ability, the technician's instructions before, during, and after the procedure. I take full responsibility for adhering to the recommended post-treatment care.
